Aylesbury Hundreds is a well-established club of local people who want to contribute to their community and to aid those less fortunate around the world. We do this in three ways – by raising funds for different charities, through our projects locally and by practical assistance. Rotary was found over 100 years ago but our club was formed in 1990. We are based in Aylesbury but many of our members are from the towns and villages around Aylesbury.
Our approach to everything we do is friendly and relaxed but with a purpose, everything is voluntary and nothing is mandatory. We are all dedicated to help others and we like to have fun in our work and our social activities.
The varied and active programme allows all members to take part as well as their family and friends. Regular meetings are held on Monday evenings (except bank holidays) at 7.15 for 7.30 pm unless otherwise stated in our programme. If you would like to attend any of our meetings you are very welcome but please contact us first.
We also meet socially on numerous occasions over the year and enjoy a good deal of fellowship. This ranges from our Monday club night at our regular meeting place or at an alternative venue, to day trips or weekend events. The more serious side of our activities including fund raising activities take place either on a Club night or at other times.
